Each day, festival participants will: 

  • have a chamber music session with nationally-recognized faculty members

  • chamber orchestra rehearsal, performing great works from the standard orchestral repertoire

  • opportunities for private instruction

  • time to take advantage of the many opportunities for recreation and relaxation at the Villa Maria Center

  • masterclasses on a variety of subjects including orchestral excerpts, technique, and career building for performing musicians

  • attend performances of our outstanding faculty artists

  • a non-competitive, supportive environment to grow as a musician and make life-long friends

Getting to the Festival

  • Participating musicians should plan arrive on the afternoon of Sunday, June 2, 2024 and depart on Sunday, June 16, 2024

  • If flying, participants should fly into Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT)

  • Villa Maria Center is just off of US 422, one mile east of the Pennsylvania/Ohio border. Driving directions can be found here.
